Exchange/Return Policy:
Large Screen TVs ship from vendor; please note the following:

  • Any returns or exchanges for TVs must be in the original box with all accessories and packing material. 
  • TVs over 55” have a 15-day return period.
  • Customer must inspect item closely at time of delivery for any external damage such as punctures, creases, or any significant dents in the box and notate any such damage on the delivery documents. 
  • Items with major box damage or any trauma indicating potential product damage should be refused at time of delivery. 
  • If the product is refused but the carrier cannot return the package at that moment, the product MUST be held at the delivery address.  
  • Any signed paperwork MUST have notation to indicate refusal because of damage to the packaging. Write “DAMAGED AND REFUSED” on all paperwork and give back to carrier if you do not accept delivery.  IF carrier leaves product at customer home, write “DAMAGED” on all paperwork. 
  • Do not open the package or move it from the delivered address. Failure to follow these directions will negatively impact our ability to file a claim. 
  • Do NOT open or discard the box or any of the original packaging material until you confirm the unit is in good working condition. 
  • Any concealed damage claims must be reported to wecare@nexweb.org within 7 days of delivery.
  • Customers must retain all the original packaging material for a minimum of 45 days in the event of a performance issue. Manufacturers require any returns be in the original packaging. 

Oversized Shipping / Handling Refunds for TVs shipped to the home: 
You will need to work directly with Customer Service at wecare@nexweb.org for a refund on oversized shipping and handling fees, and to arrange for merchandise pickup. Oversized items require special handling and may incur an additional shipping and handling fee. Cancellation of oversized items (TVs over 55”) after shipment may incur a minimum of 10% restocking fee and $95.00 exchange relocation fee.
