Navy Uniforms
NEXs stock only authorized uniforms for both U.S. Navy and U.S. Marine Corps officer and enlisted personnel. There are three convenient ways to purchase a Navy or Marine Corps uniform. Uniform Support Centers located on military installations stock an assortment of uniforms designed to meet the installation’s mission. A knowledgeable and friendly staff of Uniform Center personnel, as well as skilled seamstresses and tailors, are on site to ensure each customer has a uniform that fits. All Navy Uniform Centers have a “red phone” with an automatic direct dial connection to a Uniform Support Center customer service agent, allowing customers to purchase items or sizes not offered in the store.

Uniforms can also be purchased through the Uniform Support Center’s toll-free numbers from almost anywhere around the world. Customer service agents are on duty 24 hours a day, seven days a week to take orders and answer questions. Most uniform orders placed either through the Uniform Support Center or online reach the customer within 10–14 days. For added convenience, Navy and Marine Corps uniforms that require embroidery may order items sewn on the uniforms through the Uniform Support Center. Uniform items requiring embroidery will be processed and shipped within 48 hours of being ordered. Regular shipping is free, with delivery taking 10 – 14 days. Navy uniform items can be ordered online using the Military Star card or other major credit card. Only authorized patrons can access the site to make purchases.
