AGREEMENT TO THE OFFICIAL RULES: You must be an authorized patron of the Navy Exchange to enter or win the Sweepstakes. By participating in the Sweepstakes, each participant fully and unconditionally agrees to and accepts these Official Rules and the decisions of the Sponsor(s), which are final and binding in all matters related to the Sweepstakes. Winning a prize is contingent on fulfilling all requirements set forth in these Official Rules and any other rules or decisions the Sponsor(s) implements.
SPONSOR(S):This Sweepstakes is executed by The Navy Exchange Service Command (NEXCOM) and sponsored by our proud 2021 We Believe partners.
ELIGIBILITY: You must be an authorized patron of the Navy Exchange to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Eligibility is required at time of entry AND time of drawing. Entrants must also be 18 years or older. All authorized Navy Exchange customers are eligible to participate except NEXCOM Enterprise associates, including military personnel and military retirees assigned to or employed by NEXCOM, its concessionaires, its contractors or representatives providing in-store service to or working in an exchange facility and their immediate family members. NEXCOM Enterprise associates include all Navy Exchange stores and Headquarter locations, Navy Lodge, Ship Stores, Telecommunications Program, Uniform Program and Navy Clothing and Textile Research. Employees, officers and directors of the Sponsor and Affiliates are also not eligible to participate or win.
PRIZES INFORMATION: Twelve (12) winners will be randomly chosen for a $1,000 NEX Gift Card! Retail value of each gift card is $1,000.00. You must be an authorized patron of the Navy Exchange to enter or win the Sweepstakes. Limit one (1) prize per person during entire Sweepstakes Period.
SWEEPSTAKES PERIOD: The 2021 myNavyExchange.com Account Sweepstakes (“Sweepstakes”) begins at 12:00 a.m. ET on October 10, 2021, and ends at 11:59 p.m. ET on January 1, 2022 (“Sweepstakes Closing Date”). Sweepstakes dates are subject to change at Sponsor(s) discretion. NEXCOM’s computer is the official time keeping device for this Sweepstakes.
Each prize will have a designated entry period (“Entry Period”). Customers must enter during an individual Entry Period for a chance to win that prize. See table below for the duration of Entry Periods.

Entries are limited to one (1) per person, per entry method during one of the sweepstakes entry periods for the duration of the sweepstakes. During an entry period, customers will have two (2) chances to win, one (1) by signing up online AND one (1) in-store. There is no cost to register.
HOW TO ENTER: Patrons have the ability to enter the sweepstakes through two methods, listed below.
- Register a new myNavyExchange.com account AND complete your profile with required information including: First and last name, phone number, email address and select “Yes! Email me sales, promos and events” under Communication Preferences.
- In Store, at checkout, let your cashier know that you would like to sign up for the NEXt Level Rewards program and provide them with the necessary information to get your rewards account set up. To be considered a valid entry, the cashier will need your first and last name, email and phone number.
Once you have successfully created a myNavyExchange.com account you will be entered one chance to win. Once you are registered in store with a NEXt Level Rewards program account, you will be entered one chance to win. Entries are limited to one (1) per person, per entry method, meaning that a customer may sign up online AND in-store for a total of two (2) entries during any entry period. There is no cost to register.

ENTRY INFORMATION:Sponsor(s) are not responsible for incorrect or inaccurate entry information caused by Internet users’ technical or human error or by any of the equipment or programming associated with or utilized in the Sweepstakes, which may occur in the processing of the entries in this Sweepstakes. SELECTION OF WINNER(S):Winners will be selected in a random electronic drawing on every Tuesday for the previous Entry Period. One (1) winner will be selected in each drawing from all entries received during the Entry Period. See chart below for selection of winner dates. All winner(s) will be posted on the “Winners List” available on myNavyExchange.com/Sweepstakes at the conclusion of the Sweepstakes.

A PARTICIPANT IS NOT A WINNER UNTIL SPONSOR HAS COMPLETED VERIFICATION OF PARTICIPANT’S ELIGIBILITY AND COMPLIANCE WITH THESE OFFICIAL RULES.
AWARDING OF PRIZE(S): Upon verification of eligibility and receipt of the signed 1099, NEXCOM will arrange for winners to pick up their prize at their local NEX. Customers who cannot pick up their prize in-store will receive a congratulatory letter and prize via UPS overnight shipping. If the shipping address is not recognized by UPS, the prize will be sent via FedEx.
LIMITATIONS ON PRIZES: Limit one (1) prize during the entire Sweepstakes Period. Sponsor(s) reserves the right to substitute a prize (or portions thereof) of equal or greater value if prize (or portions thereof) cannot be awarded as described. Sponsor(s) will determine all elements of prizes in its sole discretion. Prizes may not be assigned, transferred, changed or redeemed for cash, except at the sole discretion of Sponsor(s).
The awarding of any prize is contingent upon full compliance with these Official Rules. Entrants agree to be bound by Official Rules. Entrants understand that the Sponsor(s) is not liable for injuries, losses or damages of any kind arising from participation in this Sweepstakes and acceptance, possession and use of prize. The Sponsor(s) is not responsible for any typographical or other error in the printing of the offer, administration of the Sweepstakes or in the announcement of the prizes. Decisions of Sponsor(s) are final and binding in all respects.
SWEEPSTAKES CONDITIONS: Should the Sponsor(s) be unable to identify, contact or verify the winner(s) after 7 days and/or two attempts via e-mail and phone calls, the prize will be forfeited and awarded to an alternate winner(s). By accepting the prize, winner(s) agree to release the Sponsor(s) from any and all liability for injuries and/or damages of any kind sustained in connection with the awarding of the prize, traveling to, or participating in, any prize activity. By accepting the prize, winner(s) also give the Sponsor(s) the unqualified right and permission to publish name and photo as winner(s) of a Navy Exchange Sweepstakes. Prizes are non-transferable and non-redeemable for cash. All decisions shall be final and binding in all matters related to the drawing. The winner is responsible for any federal, state, or local taxes and is required to sign a memo to document receipt of his/her prize and provide his/her name, SSN and address for prizes valued over $599.99. All fees, federal, state and other taxes, costs and expenses relating to the use, acceptance and possession of the prize are the sole responsibility of the winner.
